Best hotel in Lumberton!

Liked: Location was perfect, rooms were clean/neatly decorated and the free breakfast was way beyond expectations! Staff was friendly!
Disliked: Mattresses were soft for my taste but still ok!

Disappointed in the POOL

Liked: Loved the breakfast. Lady in charge was wonderful.
Disliked: I got charged twice from booking.com this is in dispute right now. Swimming pool was a joke. We booked because of them having a pool. You could not do laps in a kiddy pool. Cold water. 2 feet deep!!!!! They should not advertise having a pool. Kiddy pool only. MAIN REASON FOR BOOKING IS THAT MY MOTHER WITH RA COULD EXERCISE DOING LAPS

My stay was wonderful.

Liked: I like that Stephanie texted me more than once to check on us to make sure everything was OK in the room and that we were comfortable and OK. I like the fact that there were no bugs. I like the fact that how clean the lobby was and how nice it looked, I like the fact that the breakfast was good and I love the fact that the staff was friendly and everyone had a smile on their faces.
Disliked: The only thing that I would say I didn’t like was to me it wasn’t enough parking spaces near the front. We chose this property because of the reviews, but our event was 45 minutes away so we missed parking every night but it was OK. We worked out.
