Liked: The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and most importantly it was clean.
Disliked: We had a room with two queen beds and one of the beds was extremely squeaky. Every time the person sleeping in it moved it squeaked. It would also be nice to have a night stand on both sides of the bed for those who have to use cpap machines at night.

Liked: Breakfast convenient and included (but food ehhhh). Kids like the waffles for sure! Need to do a better job of keeping hot food hot/cold food cold. Coffee, hot chocolate and teas available 24/7 in the lobby but went to get hot tea in the evening and water was cold (not turned on). Has a bar off the lobby! Considering property not very large I was pleasantly surprised.Rooms clean and staff very helpful when assistance needed. Room service/housekeeping rounded in morning. Left tag off the door to get service mid day and no one came. Convenient location. First time I’ve paid for parking staying at a Hampton Inn. Other Hamptons I have visited did not charge additional for parking. I didn’t see this when booking and just assumed it would be free.

Liked: Breakfast was great, beds were comfy, rooms and bathrooms were clean, location was perfect walking distance from KFC Yum Center
Disliked: Can't think of anything. Really enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The location was great as it was very near our destinations n on Market Street. The breakfast was also VERY good.
Disliked: The hookups for devices was dated.
