Waste of time!

Disliked: Manager was suppose to help cancel rooms and never accepted the cancellation from booking! Which resulted in a charge! Called 5x and just given the run around day after day! Won’t use this site or this company again!

Liked: The location to the expo center was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the water for the shower was hot. We didn't stay in the hotel much other than to sleep but it was wonderful for us.
Disliked: The Breakfast bar could be just a bit better.

Disliked: Price gouging for the festival. I stayed here for 3 years. They "renovated" without adding value. I 100% will not go back next year. A shame.

Liked: Great location if you are here for convention. Pretty close to the airport with free shuttle service. Breakfast is okay. Staff are nice.
Disliked: Placed right beside the highway and airport makes noise an inevitable issue. Very few restaurant around. You need to consider ubereats.

Liked: The room was nothing fancy, but clean, functional, and spacious. The breakfast was one the best I’ve had at a hotel. The scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes were clearly freshly prepared from scratch, plus there was oatmeal, muffins, mini scones, fruit, yoghurt, and more - all of it good.
