I usually stay at modest...

Liked: Hotel was easy to access by rental car and was centrally located for all of my travels. Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and able to answer all questions. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless with good amenities. Everything seemed recently upgraded. Breakfast had excellent choices, was nicely presented and prepared, and available until 10:00 AM, which was longer than most other hotels. Staff kept all food available and eating area spotless. Parking was easily accessible and ample. Check-out was quick and correct.
Disliked: I think there should have been a covered walk-way from the hotel entrance to the garage. While rain might be good for California, it is not good for all visitors.

Liked: Needed to endure an entire night in smoke because some idiot smoked into the exhaust fan and they didn't have any other room. Loud aircon which you can't turn off. Fridge has frozen all my fruits and wouldn't stop running...Will never stay here again.
