Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with their customer service. Before my arrival, I requested a late check-out without additional charges, which was declined. I agreed to pay extra to keep the room until 5 PM on my departure day, and I was assured this arrangement would be respected.However, on the last day, while we were out shopping, the hotel staff packed up our belongings and removed them from the room without notifying us. This happened hours before our scheduled flight, causing stress and inconvenience as we had to reorganize everything shortly before a 15-hour journey.Attempts to resolve the issue with the front desk were unsuccessful, as the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, even accusing us of dishonesty about the late check-out agreement. Calls to customer service were equally unproductive. This experience left a very negative impression, and I would advise future guests to get any special arrangements in writing and be cautious with the service here..

Liked: I liked that it was very close to my event, that was a big thing for me! I also liked that the quality of the room and stay matched with the price. I’ve been in a lot of rooms where I definitely paid more than I should’ve for the quality of the hotels…staff included. This was a great hotel and I will definitely be back!
Disliked: The only thing that worried me a little was the elevators. They both seemed like they’re on their way out. I hope they get serviced soon.

Horrible Hotel

Liked: Personally this was one of the worst properties I’ve stayed at. The hotel itself was so dirty. My hotel room was horrible, the bathroom was extremely disgusting
Disliked: Location was close to airport but in a bad area. The restroom of the hotel was so dirty.
