Loved the location and staff...

Liked: Breakfast was very good, the location was great. We didn't have a lot of time before we got onto the ship, but we stayed an extra day when we came back. We got to shop and staff was very helpful!
Disliked: Hot tub was not available when we checked in. Spent a long day trying to get there on planes. It would have felt good to relax in the hottub.

Liked: Breakfast was good. We used your shuttle to the Airport. The staff was helpful with our family members that was disabled. Thank you again for everything.

Dirty, noisy, no soap, closed...

Liked: good pillows, comfy bed
Disliked: Dirty room: a read smear on the light switch, something I had to wipe off the bathroom wall, floor didn't look like it was vacuumed. The hotel had NO soap for the bathroom sink. Never mentioned it when we checked in. Later, they said to use the shower gel for soap. A little inconvenient after using the toilet. The front desk gave us free parking for these problems.Hot tub had caution tape around it the 3.5 days we were there so couldn't use it. There was a knocking sound throughout our stay. Sometimes woke us up in the morning. Perhaps water pipes in the wall?Traffic noise woke us up frequently. (Windows were closed)Dirty breakfast tables not wiped down in between users. Kinda gross. Perhaps this is Hampton Inn policy, but plastic cups for juice and disposable plates and bowls? Not too environmentally friendly

Liked: Nice option close to the airport. Lot's of restaurants & shops within walking distance.
Disliked: No complaints.

Liked: I liked how friendly was all the staff.I liked the different selection there was for breakfast.I liked that the hotel didn’t smell like cigarettes.
