Lovely hotel and great experience.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: No complaints

Passable

Liked: Very clean and very nice rooms.
Disliked: House keeping knocked on our door at 930 and woke us up to see if we were still there, they knocked probably about 10 times before I answered. Then being woke like that me and my wife freaked out and got ready real quick and went and checked out, then realized check out was at 11, what they did was not nice or professional

Overall it was a great...

Liked: The staff is always so friendly. We always stay here when we are in Long Beach
Disliked: The bathroom was not as clean as I thought it could be. There was hair in the sink and one of the towels had hair on it
