Liked: We were in the city for surgery at LHSC. The surgery was cancelled and we brought my sister back home. Upsetting of course. My husband explained our terrible situation. Absolutely no compassion or understanding shown. I wasn't expecting a full reimbursement but possibly a token gift card or ANYTHING!!! We were there 2 hours in total. I didn't even see the facilities!! How can I rate?? Paid $330.00 as we were travelling with our little pet so had $75. fee on top of regular rate!!! Not an email after this charade and it's been a month!! I expected more honestly from a large chain!!
