A very beautiful hotel

Liked: The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, it is warm. The breakfast was very good. We had diiner their too and it was very good also. The staff is nice. We found staff that spoke romanian and it was a nice suprise. The hotel has the station near and it is easy to get to London center. London is a very beautiful city and when we will come back here, definitively we will stay at this hotel again. We don't have complains.
Disliked: We would like to have water in the room , a fridge and to charge the phones on both sides of the bed.

Liked: Ladies at breakfast always smiling and helpfull
Disliked: Ladies at reception should work for a while with ladies at breakfast. I smile is free and can open a thousand doors....
