Breakfast was immaculate and easy...

Liked: excellent breakfast. It was so easy to get into the city centre with a train leaving every ten minutes. London Cable cars were close too. Staff were very nice and helpful and the front desk as well as the bar were open 24/7. The room was clean and the bed was nice.
Disliked: We had the pull out couch, next to the double bed (as we stayed with 3 people in the room). It made the room fairly small and sometimes difficult to move around, for example it was almost impossible to sit at the desk. A normal family room, with more space, would have been better.Sometimes you would have to wait a long time before a table became available at breakfast.

Pathetic

Liked: Good location, clean, good shower, staff at the desk and manageress were apologetic.
Disliked: The bed and pillow were awful I hardly slept both ended up with a bad back. It was that bad we booked for 2 nights but stayed the 1. In the morning for breakfast we told the staff we were gluten free (I'm very sensitive to it) they provided us with 4 slices of gluten free bread but then expected us to use the same toaster as normal bread!!! On checking out after the first night the management said they would happily give a refund once booking.com got in touch. Now they are saying no to a refund!! This will be taken further.
