Disliked: Minor issues which were promptly resolved by the staff Relatively small window in the room

Disappoint

Liked: Location is easy to go around and also the place is very clean.
Disliked: The acoustic in the room is terrible, every time someone opens and closes the door on our floor it sounds like it is in our own room door and I couldn't sleep well. Also, the housekeeper's support room was next to our door, so in the morning was impossible to sleep. There was one night when some guests on our floor were drunk and making a lot of noise, like 3 AM, and the staff was unable to manage. Breakfast staff were absolutely not kind.

Disliked: Bed far too high. It was an accessible room but I couldn’t access the bed.The food choice was minimal probably microwaved.

Liked: Excellent for DLR into London. Great for exploring Greenwich. Spotlessly clean, great breakfast, good sized room.
Disliked: A little chilly in the room, no extra blankets. A/C in the room and no fresh air.

Liked: The lady that checked us in very helpful and showed us where to park and was nice to both of us and polite. Room was okay not worth what we paid but for a night was fine
Disliked: The lady that checked us out unpleasant no thanks no nothing just took the room cards & said 'done' and we left.
