Disliked: There was finger nails on the floor

Some things good some things...

Liked: I liked the service that the people on staff provided. VERY professional and they were very helpful.
Disliked: The water pressure in our room was horrible. The beds were nto very soft they seemed to be difficult for me to sleep on.

Would not recommend

Liked: The staff was very polite and understanding.
Disliked: We booked in advance but were very disappointed upon our arrival. The room given to us had the door knocked off the hinge and wouldn't close. The 2nd room was dirty and stunk of "wet dog." We left after that..

Still a good value but...

Liked: Nice location. Paige was at the front desk and was very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Shower head leaked. The shower was out of conditioner and soap. The front desk area ran completely out of coffee and took about an hour to refill. The front desk person in the morning was very hard to find. I don’t think they had enough staff in the morning.

Liked: It was nice looking on the outside. Provided a place to rest on my trip.
Disliked: My bathroom was not properly cleaned. One of the plugs on my nightstand didn’t work. It smelled like old man clothes with a bad deodorizer in there. I’m very sensitive to scent. It was not nice.

Disliked: A/c fan ran all night. Even when I turned it off.We had 2 rooms booked 3 months in advance and were put on different floors.
