Passable

Liked: Breakfast was very good, hotel was very clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, helpful. We loved having our room made up, doesn't happen too much these days.
Disliked: Mattress was too firm, did not sleep well. Unless there are better mattresses, I can't stay here again. I'll stay at another hotel.

Kind staff, super clean &...

Liked: The staff at the front desk were so kind and accommodating. It was refreshing in a society where customer service often doesn't seem to be a priority.

Excelente hotel but the policies...

Liked: Clean
Disliked: The sing said free cancellation and when the receipt came out it said that they did not have free cancellation., so because of the weather y just use it for 2 hours and it is not fair.
