Would definitely stay again

Liked: Clean rooms and a couple really good restaurants within a minute walk
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I received a nice text from Shayne, asking how things were immediately upon arrival. I said it was all just fine but that I needed a stool for the shower and extra pillows because I had a broken foot.
Disliked: I specifically asked for a quiet area. There were some very loud children hollering and even playing hockey in the hallway the weekend of our stay. We phoned down to the front desk twice to ask someone to come up ask the parents to keep them quiet. But that only lasted just a few minutes each time. It seemed as though very few parents were even on that floor to watch over their kids and keep them quiet. They were all down on the main floor visiting and having a great time while their kids were ruining our stay. Upon checking out, I expressed how thoroughly disgusted we were that those families were permitted to ruin our stay. The lady at the checkout desk said that those families were threatened with an eviction because there were numerous complaints. So I know it wasn’t just me being petty. In fact, she straight up told me that those families didn’t take the threat seriously. Well then, you SHOULD have evicted them, and if you don’t have the backbone to evict them then you should at least give US a full refund! I’m not one to post a bad review but you asked me to give you a review and we are very upset that we had to pay $325 to put up with that nonsense just because you were too weak to follow through. These families called your bluff and did as they pleased. So here you go! This is my review.
