Excellent Job Hampton Livonia

Liked: The friendliness of the staff from check in and check out E You know what they say. Your first impression is what you remember the most. Secondly the cleanliness of the hotel. And I purposely stayed there to see if it would be the same from my last visit and yes it was. Excellent job Hampton Livonia.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer.

Liked: The room was perfect
Disliked: The Staff was very argumentative I asked to retrieve my watch from the room and the man at the front was so rude and nasty ! Took for 2 other staff to get my watch for me after he told me they were going to KEEP IT!

Fun family staycation

Liked: Property was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Could use some more pool towels. Each time my children and I were there to swim there we no clean towels to use. We understand that this is prime time for families to do staycations though and saw quite a few swimmers so we weren’t too upset, but would have liked to have dried off a bit.
