Disliked: The pool had a very very strong smell of chlorine. The were never enough towels by the pool.

Liked: The location, the price, on the outside everything seemed fined until you were in the room, until you tried to eat the breakfast, until, until, until
Disliked: My trip started with me getting to hotel around 11pm there was something happening with the computers. Had to wait, then I couldn’t get in my room, had to google number for manager to come up to help me because keys weren’t working. She got me in room at first glance it seemed nice until I used the bathroom, which was not cleaned then inspecting further it clearly wasn’t cleaned, the manager got the keys stuff fixed then I asked her to move my room and the reason why, she complied. Second room was cleaned however night 2 I was greeted on my floor with a half naked girl yelling to get back in the room. Called front desk only to be hung up on. The arguing didn’t stop then the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night (sat). I asked for a blanket on Sunday midday of which I never got it they said they knocked but I didn’t answer. Let’s just talk about the “free” breakfast which is NOT real food. The eggs are powdered mix the oatmeal was mush no taste the only thing I could eat was a yogurt in a self contained container. Asked for a late check out which I asked for in the beginning and all of a sudden it was a “no” or an extra charge which on my bill was over charged which I have to dispute. I thought because it has the “Hilton” name on it it would be exceptional… by far it was. So disappointed.
