Liked: Staff didn’t answer the phone at the front desk .Front desk vacant when I went down The hallway on 3rd floor smelled of sewage and personal body odor All coming from 312 . The patron in there stunk up every area of the hotel she went toHad to avoid the breakfast due to the odor , families with small kids got up and left .I stay here every year , 4th yer in a row with multiple roomsWe are moving all of our rooms for next year (7) to the Fairfield inn

When I visit the area...

Liked: Location was perfect for my needs. The staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't check in until 8:30. Ram greeted us with a smile and was very efficient at checking us in. The hotel and rooms were very clean. I felt very safe staying at this location.
Disliked: The room was a bit chilly for me. I like it warm. I was able to finally get the thermostat to where I was comfortable.
