Excellent stay and Dalyanna “Day”...

Liked: Dalyanna at the front desk was an absolute pleasure! She exuded excellent customer service and was one of the sweetest that really made our stay even more enjoyable!!

Great location and Quiet

Liked: The room was descent but I thought it came with a pull out couch. I remember seeing that on your website. It was very quiet which I loved. The shower pressure was great. Breakfast descent
Disliked: Loud door entering and exiting room. Room didn't comes with a couch which I saw on the website that it did. I wish hotels would invest in ev charging stations. Hybrid and electric cars are the thing now. The tub was old and dirty and the tv kept going out. That was weird. Too soft pillows which are not good for the neck. The hot water for tea was not hot each day. Had to warm in microwave.

Bad

Liked: The hotel charged me for my stay again. I already paid through booking com however the hotel said the payment never made to to them very dissatisfied with booking com.
Disliked: Paying twice for a room.

Overall, it was a nice...

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs with plenty of restaurants in the area.
Disliked: We weren't thrilled with the breakfast. We would have appreciated more hot foods.
