Liked: Beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The hotel location was great.
Disliked: The location of the room was noisy.We were above the laundry, above the portico and next to the elevators. Warm drinks were not readily available. We found leftover hair on the bathroom floor and on the toilet paper roll.

Exceptional

Disliked: When looking for a place to stay unexpectently overnight, price kept going up during booking process. Ended up costing twice than when starting. Ugh.

Superb

Liked: Location is excellent with a nice view of the foothills. The property is neat and clean.
Disliked: Staff were all very nice but think they should be more informed about local dining places.

Disliked: Shower tray stained and dirty. Small windows.

Disliked: The scary elevators making noises and shaking. The pool had a dirty bandaid in it. The rooms were ok. We've stayed at other Hampton's before this one was not the nicest or cleanest.
