Unpleasant

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: No wheelchair accessible room available so I wasn’t able to shower. Don’t appreciate paying same price as everyone else while not being able to access basic accommodations. Woken up by multiple barking dogs and a tour bus outside my room that felt the need to start and run for extended time.

Very good.

Liked: Mr Stanley provided excellent service when helping me with the heating/ac issues. ( my issue, not the equipment).
Disliked: Windows were filthy dirty making it difficult to see outside.
