Liked: This Hampton Inn was very clean and the staff was awesome. They happily helped us with anything we asked. The breakfast was grade “A.”
Disliked: The alternative down comforter was too hot with no alternative.

Liked: The desk clerk was extremely helpful. I had issues with connecting to the internet and she walked me though the process. In addition I did not have the full address of where I needed to go and asked her to check to make sure I got back that night. When I came in she called out and said she was concerned and glad I made it back.
Disliked: The toilet seat needs to be replaced. One of the screws that holds it in place was broken. I did advise the clerk when I checked out that it was broken. This location is very clean but you can tell it is aging.

For 500 dollars, you expect...

Liked: The location was close to our fathers funeral breakfast was also ok
Disliked: On a 3 day stay we were given a room that when we walked in the beds were not made the covers on floor they gave us a second room the carpet was filthy and the bathroom door seemed to be swollen and would not close we complained because we paid 500 dollars for this they switched us rooms and we wound up in a room with a leaking ac unit. A quarter of the room had soaked carpet with mold and mildew on base boards near ac which means this has been going on a while so dissatisfied with hotel at the worst time to deal with this. Will never go back

Disliked: had to leave early Sunday morning, had to park trailer in field, come out to get something out of truck, truck parked out in field beside truck. They were after rims on truck or bikes in trailer. we packed up and left.
