Disappointing when you have to...

Liked: Friendly staff and a good location
Disliked: The sheets and blankets were dirty. The mattress was horribly uncomfortable. The door and lock of our room kept malfunctioning during our stay. That did not feel safe! Many areas of the property are not updated. This should definitely not be viewed as a 3 star hotel! False advertising!

Liked: Never got my room cleaned the whole time I was there. I had my cat in the room and I figured out they won't come in. The front desk should have contacted me to set up a cleaning time with me when I checked in. They knew I had a cat. Very mellow by the way. I couldn't sit there all day waiting for them so I could be there to take him out while they cleaned. Other than that everything was fine.

Liked: Breakfast was great.The western omelet was outstanding.
Disliked: The overpriced room with a view was a disappointment. 2nd floor was a wall to left and a smoke stack at the pool . Beyond powerlines and an ugly parking lot with bright light blocking the viewSeriously check your view before you enter the roomSo disappointed
