Convienient, welcoming and friendly

Liked: We didn’t appreciate there was a shuttle from and to the airport which was a nice surprise when we found it. Room was comfortable and roomy, but some aircraft noise, which isn’t surprising when you are this close. Breakfast was better than expected, although slightly disappointed with the plastic, presumably single use, cutlery.

Disliked: The bath tub was nasty, it had hair all on the walls and shower curtain, in the tub felt slimy and something greenish yellow which appears to be from previous guests nostril was on the wall. A drink was left in the fridge and in the fridge is rusty. People were smoking right across from the door way. No water on the table with the coffee for guests.

Disliked: Shuttle service started at 4am. My flight on American Airlines was at 5:24am. This did not leave enough time for check in, TSA screening and boarding. We were told by hotel staff by phone the day before the airport did not open till 4:30am. This was not true. I phoned American Airlines and was told check in started at 3:30am. My sister had to spend the night, wake at 3am and drive me to the airport at 3:30am. I have always stayed in Hampton where the shuttle was 24 hours. This will prevent me from staying at this location again.
