Liked: I have visited this Hampton Inn for over 17 years and this was the worst I have seen. The beds were not very comfortable, the door was three color of paint like they got it from a junk yard. The toilets were so low and the plastic seat was not stable. i don’t know what they did to the floors but they looked dirty. The food was poor as they ran out of some foods. You have an overall 88.9 rating and I don’t usually stay at places wit h that low rating. It was just aweful. I want return to this Hampton and maybe none.

Liked: The environment was very serene to my liken.
Disliked: The receptionist was discriminatory, I saw her canceled some travelers reservation and turned them away in the midnight. Where does she expect them find find accommodation in that time of the night? That is inhuman!

Staff was nice enough, but...
Liked: The front desk staff at check in were lovely. They were helpful with a request to change from a king room to a double queen. We also had some issues with internet access and they were helpful with resolving that.
Disliked: The room was gross. There were hairs on the toilet and in the shower. There were plastic straps from the inside of a woman's dress strung over our bathroom towels. It looked like blood on the door trim of the bathroom. Everything was stained...the carpet, the walls and both chairs in the room. The lamps were filthy. Honestly, it was disgusting, but we didn't have another option.
