Liked: The staff was helpful and the young man that runs breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. The location is right of the highway and nearby food and center; this was convenient.
Disliked: This is the most expensive "pet fee" I ever paid out of 15 countries. I would understand if it was a deposit but a $75 "pet fee" is incredulous and exorbitant. I requested two TV remotes but none of them worked to change the channel from CNN. The facilities do not match the cost of the room. Hampton typically charges more than market price for a room and in this case is unjustifiable.

Disliked: I requested a KING room trough booking and got a 2 queen Bed room without explanation, it wasn't until we got in the room that found out, went back to the lobby and the lady said they were sold out and no KING rooms were available. The room seemed cleaned, but we there was a roach walking on the carpet. One of the towels had hairs tangled in it and a spider came out of another towel, that's bad pest control.
