Liked: Facilities looked OK
Disliked: I requested a KING room trough booking and got a 2 queen Bed room without explanation, it wasn't until we got in the room that found out, went back to the lobby and the lady said they were sold out and no KING rooms were available. The room seemed cleaned, but we there was a roach walking on the carpet. One of the towels had hairs tangled in it and a spider came out of another towel, that's bad pest control.

Liked: Jennifer and Valentine were very courteous and accommodating
Disliked: Room 211 has no view and the music was annoying the room is near the outside speakers and during the day it's annoying trying to work.
