Excellent get away and value

Liked: Location was good and close to restaurants. Breakfast was ok, some of the dishes were not kept that hot in the trays. Pool and jacuzzi were great, with not too strong a chlorine smell. Staff at front desk really went out of their way to help and keep guests happy.
Disliked: We really liked everything about hotel

Clean away from the city...

Liked: Staff were great. Several sports teams there but they kept all the children under control making sure they had. A great time as well as other guests.

great hotel, but i think...

Disliked: Because we booked with booking . com we ran into a problem with our reservation. My wife and I had come to Kingston to see our parents but decided to stay in a hotel to avoid bothering them. We stayed one night, but the next day, we both came down with a cold. We felt it best not to see our parents and decided to go home. We tried to cancel our reservation with the front desk, and they told us they couldn't do anything as it was done through booking.com. When we called booking.com they told us to go back to the hotel and asked them. Well, that didn't work.

Good clean hotel , pool...

Liked: Clean lots of parking. Bfast was good .
Disliked: Location far from the main drag. Isolated . Tea was not hot on arrival
