Clean but uncomfortable

Liked: The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly. The cleaning staff we encountered in the halls were friendly and helpful. Our room was decently clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was shopworn - tiles cracked and the carpet worn thin. The absolute worst part of the room was the tiny toilet. It was so low to the ground that I got cramps in my legs when I used it and I'm only 5'2".

Liked: The location was perfect for our needs. The staff was amazing! Barbara in the breakfast area was so sweet and attentive. Tristaca at the front desk was very warm and helpful
