Liked: The breakfast was very good and the employee was delightful.
Disliked: I'm 72 years old with bad knees and when we got there, the elevator was broken. I feel they should have told me that when I booked and I would have gone elsewhere. Also, the ice machine was broken.

Clean but uncomfortable

Liked: The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly. The cleaning staff we encountered in the halls were friendly and helpful. Our room was decently clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The room was shopworn - tiles cracked and the carpet worn thin. The absolute worst part of the room was the tiny toilet. It was so low to the ground that I got cramps in my legs when I used it and I'm only 5'2".
