Disliked: There is a hole in the ceiling in the shower. It is moldy. The wallpaper is also peeling in the bathroom.The air conditioner was very loud and made it difficult to fall asleep

Disliked: The customer service was very poor front desk girls very rude during our day requested new towels. They gave us an excuse that they didn't have any door and our bedroom had fallen off. we requested a maintenance technician to fix the door They never told him. The door was damaged because they would not fix it we had to keep up with that in order to stay there in the hotel very poor service....unfortunately out of all the Hampton Hotels we have stayed we are no longer staying here anymore...
