Great place to stay.

Liked: Very nice spacious room, comfortable beds and breakfast area was really nice and clean, I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting.
Disliked: Stayed for two nights and I requested room service after the first night did not get done, I was pretty annoyed for not receiving the service other than that very nice place.

Exceptional

Liked: We kept our dog in our room near the back door. Easy to walk him in the evening and morning Staff were excellent

It was okay, If I...

Liked: I liked the little snack/drink store they had.
Disliked: We were woken up at 8:30 in the morning by knocking at the door. Being half asleep and not knowing what was going on we just looked at each other and didn’t know what to do. Then the cleaner tried coming into our room, luckily the door stopper was out so they couldn’t come in but that was not a great way to wake up in the morning. When we checked out I let the guy know what happened and he had no customer service skills whatsoever. He made it seem like it was our fault cause we didn’t have a sign on the door. I didn’t think we would have to put that sign out so people don’t try to walk into our room at 8:30 in the morning. I could understand if it was closer to checkout which isn’t til 11, but it was fairly early.
