Liked: The whole stay friendly staff. Stayed here before while 2021 evacuated

Good

Liked: Found a dirty towel among the clean ones, talked to housekeeper and was told sometimes maintenance goes in after they have cleaned and might have done it

Disliked: Staff there were not helpful. The lobby was under renovation.

Disliked: heat in room was very noisy and got no sleep/ long walk to elevator/ nowhere for dog walking/ parking stalls marked too small/ the charge for having a pet when there are no facilities for them

Liked: Even though they were undergoing lobby renos, there was no disturbance and the staff were excellent. Comfy beds, clean rooms and hot breakfast! My kids loved the waterslide too.
