Excellent hotel with attention to...

Liked: I’d been on the road two days already when I reached Joliet. The previous nights in other well recognized properties did not match the cleanliness, hospitality, or tasty warm breakfast of the Joliet Hampton Inn, but the really big difference was the comfortable bed and pillows, allowing for a very restful night’s sleep.

Liked: I wanted to take the bed home. The pillows were so comfortable. Everything was clean. Tv was big. Hot tube and pool looked clean. Breakfast my God the Breakfast was on point...
Disliked: You can hear people out in the hallway from in the room but thats everywhere

Great staff top notch cleanliness...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and delicious.
Disliked: What I didn’t like was the pool area was closed. When I booked and already paid for my stay there. No one had informed me or emailed me that the pool area was out of service, I was very disappointed.
