Bad

Disliked: The toilet did not work, the tv did not work and the elevator went out for over 24 hours. We were on the third floor. We have stayed here many times and each time the hotel has gone downhill. We will not be going back.

Superb

Almost perfect

Liked: Beds were comfortable. Room was clean .
Disliked: We had a room with 2 queen beds but only a single bedside table between them. An additional side table for each bed would have been helpful, along with outlets, for CPAP devices or charging phones.

I wouldn't stay again.

Disliked: Room was marginally clean and had visible damage. Location was noisy. No staff on duty at front desk when I left.

Liked: good facilities
Disliked: Room 216 has some terrible noise. I could not sleep.

Not a daycare

Liked: location right off if the interstate made it easy to come and go
Disliked: Apparently day staff had their kids there. I love kids but when they're all over the place doing cartwheels in the dining area and sleeping or hanging out in the computer room they honestly need to go home. staff not very attentive either. Maybe Hilton needs to provide a daycare for their employees or they need to put the kids in a room not the common areas.

Disliked: Loud party late at night.
