I enjoy Hampton Inn but...

Disliked: My only concern was that I was awakened at 2:30 AM to someone trying to enter my door. I had the security lock in place, so the entry was unsuccessful. When I inquired with the front desk at checkout, your employee shared that the guest in Room 213 right next to me was checking in. I said that I understood that was the case but I did not understand how their key was unable to unlock my door as I had checked that the door was locked several times before going to bed. I was alone and it clearly alarmed me to have the disturbance not knowing if it was a mistake or an intended entry to harm.

Liked: Clean, color combinations restful, room furnishings very well thought out, good amount of electric plugs, nice range of amenities, really hot water and quickly available; close to several main roads, but tucked back in a nice quiet area; plenty of parking
Disliked: Not enough luggage carts - only 2, and guests hoard those 2 in their rooms for the night
