Extra charges not reimbursed

Liked: The facility itself was fine and the staff was good. I am giving this such a low rating because they charged us at check-in a $50 incidental fee which we have not received a refund for. No other place we have ever stayed at charged this fee. They usually take our card just in case, but nobody else charges a fee like this!!
Disliked: $50 Incidental fee on check-in. It has been a month and I have not received a refund. Honestly, who else does this? No where else I have ever stayed does this.

Liked: Bed and pillows super comfortable, clean, easy to access, great breakfast, ALL staff members where super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property!
