The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.

Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

Liked: Location was good for where we were going. Relatively modern and clean facility.
Disliked: Was not aware of parking charge on top of hotel price. Also, I booked a king bed and we received 2 queens. It was late when we arrived so we didn't say anything to the host and we had to up early
