Hampton Inn By Hilton Jacksonville-I-95 Central, Jacksonville

The hotel was clean and the AM staff was so accommodating, they were wonderful. The room was clean and exactly what I expected. After the concert, when we were exhausted, we called for extra towels and were told to get them ourselves. The TV was broken. The AM staff made up for almost everything.

Liked: The morning staff was great, they almost made up for everything else. I cannot say enough great things about the AM front desk staff.
Disliked: The overnight staff is rude and not accomodating.

Superb

Liked: Tina was great! She helped me make my breakfast every morning since I had a dog and could not enter the breakfast area with him.

Adequate, ok, but nothing much...

Liked: Mostly okay, but under re-construction.
Disliked: Kind of hard to find. Room wasn’t what we had booked but clan and quiet. Bedspread was torn and had to request a replacement. No TV guide or local information about dining in the area.

THIS WAS MY 2ND TIME...

Liked: CHECKIN WAS QUICK AND EASY AND THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AT CHECKIN. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND VERY CLEAN.
Disliked: THEY WERE REMODELING SO WE DIDN'T HAVE ICE ON OUR FLOOR. THERE WAS ALOT OF PAINTING AND THINGS GOING ON IN THE BUILDING. I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THEM KEEPING THE BUILDING UP IT JUST WAS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT.

Disappointed for a Hampton inn...

Disliked: $12 parking for one night when other hotels in Jacksonville have free parking. You will not find out till you check in and then is too late. The room was clean but old and very used. Bathroom OK. Breakfast was very poor. Remodeling some areas.

The location was beautiful but...

Liked: The best thing about the property was the location
Disliked: The room we had smelled like feet, when trying to take a shower the tub got clogged no one never fixed it the whole time we were there so we had to wash up in the shower. The construction crew had items everywhere including outside in the parking lot, when trying to park or leave we had to wait several minutes until they decided to move there items from the parking lot street. Housekeeping never came to refresh the room, overall I wish I could be refunded since I could barely take a shower or bath.
