Liked: The staff are absolutely amazing, they have treated my 3 year old boy like there own and he loves it. We are still here on a separate booking. Wonderful people who give a top level experience and have made my trip with a young child very enjoyable, thank you :)

Terrible room conditions

Liked: The location.
Disliked: There was no black-out curtain, allowing too much light into the room. Made it difficult to sleep, even when it was nighttime.There were cockroaches in the room to greet us after we checked in.The room was very humid, almost swampy.We were not told the ice machine on our floor was inoperable.The shower emitted a high, ear-piercing sound when the water was running.

Disliked: First room terrible smell, second room carpet got soaked had to call maintenance at 10 pm .Hallway a/c out, many a/c were out or flooding the rooms . Broken ice 4-5 floors. Some rooms had doors open with fans blowing air out into hallway 5 floor. Pool out of service for how long.”?
