The hotel manager doesn't honor...

Liked: Breakfast was great!
Disliked: My reservation was for a queen room with 2 queen beds, when I checked in I was given a 1 queen room with only 1 queen bed. The person told me my room was given away and had nothing available. In the morning the manager told me there is nothing she can do about my reservation because it was booked through a 3rd party therefore they are able to give out my room to anyone because I booked through a 3rd party my reservation isn't honored!!! I was traveling with 2 children I needed 2 beds and was left with a 1 bed room

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, the options were varied and delicious. The room was fairly clean and the staff was friendly. Very comfortable.
Disliked: The parking lot’s spaces were very narrow and hard to not only fit the car in the space, but also difficult to open the car door wide enough to get out of the car without hitting the car next to it.

Liked: Location was very convenient to us. Breakfast had appropriate selection. Food was fresh.
Disliked: The bed mattress tagged. It was uncomfortable to attempt sleeping on it.

Liked: The location was close to freeway entrance and other shopping/restaurants.
Disliked: Check in staff sent me to a uncleaned room then sent me to a room with key cards that didn't work, third room was clean but in need of upgrades and refurbishment, bathroom floor was slanted and door didn't close fully, stain on lounge chair, carpet very dirty, outdated lamps, One elevator for all rooms was small and had a bad smell, also appeared in need of repair/replacement.
