Felt like home away from...

Liked: Even though the property looked old, but it was very clean very cozy and very welcoming. Terri made us feel like home asking how we are feeling and what do we need. The breakfast was amazing! Location is great close to the mall.
Disliked: The bed was so uncomfortable and made so much noise at night sometimes it was hard to sleep.

Liked: Our room & the breakfast facilities were excellent.
Disliked: We booked this hotel specifically so our grand kids, from 3 different families, could meet us and get their Christmas gifts. They were all excited to reacquaint & use the pool. Upon check in, I was told the pool was down for the night. We were invited to use the pool next door at The Holiday Inn. This SHOULD have been communicated when I booked the room. Bundling up 6 children so they could trudge through the snow to a competitors pool was not the fun relaxing time I expected. The front desk clerk showed absolutely no concern for the inconvenience, didn't share why the pool wasn't available, and acted as if I was the inconvenience.
