Disliked: They have charged twice the booking price on my credit card. Still trying to get it fixed. No email where to contact.

Worth it

Liked: Easy to get to and close to where we needed to be
Disliked: Very thin walls.. could hear everyone on either side of us all night

Exceptional

2 hour late checkin, not...

Liked: The staff was great and very friendly.
Disliked: Check in was at 3 and we sat for over an hour for our room to be cleaned. After a half hour we went to see if it was ready but it still wasn’t. I asked if someone could go clean our room since we had driven a while and I’m in a wheelchair. She got someone to clean in after another half hour. There was 4 of us and only 3 towels in the room. We asked for at least 1 more but was told all the towels were gone. We went to the pool and all those towels were good also. There were kids in the pool running and doing canning balls. Throwing balls that hit us in the head. We ask the moms if they could control this situation and the mom said No. I don’t want to control them. We had enough at that point and left.

I will never return

Disliked: I didn't like it all it was disgusting was moldy in the shower

Liked: All of the staff were helpful and very nice. Room 317 was a very accommodating for handicapped people. Breakfast was great with different choices everyday.
Disliked: Nothing, I had a great stay

Disliked: They really need to get lamps in rooms with cell phone charges in them The place looked up dated but really need places by the bed for cell phone charging

Liked: Very nice, clean, spacious room. Hotel was clean and breakfast was good for a generic continental breakfast.
Disliked: Indoor pool was extremely cold. We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool; unfortunately it was so cold we didn't get past our knees and went back to the room. Lobby coffee was also cold no matter what time of day you got it. Apparently they only do "cold".
