Extended due to winter storm...

Liked: I was there for a funeral and got a one day bereavement rate. Unexpected and appreciated.
Disliked: Better selection of pastries on breakfast buffet.

Great visit

Liked: They gave us a handicap accessible room, which was fantastic for our family of 5. expecially since our teenage boys don't like sharing a bed. we had the extra room for the air mattress's. plus they had a hot chocolate/tea/coffee bar open all day
Disliked: bathroom door didn't latch properly so anyone could push it open easily

Blankets, please

Liked: Location is great. It's easy to find. It's an easy drive to our family's house
Disliked: Two things: First, there is no vent in the bathroom. The entire room is humid after everyone's shower. Second, there is only the thick, heavy duvet and a sheet. There is no light blanket. It seems all hotels do this. I can either swelter under the duvet or freeze with just the sheet!
