Stayed here twice and will continue every time we attend a Stafford Centre event.

Liked: Arrival cookies were very good. Breakfast was very good, clean, and well organized. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Elevator on one end of the building; pretty good hike to some of the rooms.

From when we first checked in until we left after a 2 day stay, every employee that we met at the desk or passed in the halls had a smile for us. Our room was fresh and clean with plenty of soft towels. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were also fresh and clean. Breakfast in the morning and the 24 hour coffee bar was a nice treat. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it as well. Keep up the great job!

I wish I could write...

Liked: The front desk lady was extremely rude I had booked thru bookings.comAnd the front desk lady said she couldn’t find my bookingI gave her my confirmation code and she said she couldn’t find anything in the systemSo I called the number on the booking and it called that same locationAnd the front desk lady yelled at me thru the phone and said “ I already told u we don’t have your booking”And I told her I was charged for itThan how would I get my refund if I couldn’t stay there if she wasn’t finding my bookingAnd she yelled at me again and hanged up on me.How could I get my refund??

Disliked: The woman at check in told us we just made it in time to check in. At 2 am all check ins get canceled. We were not aware of this as we were travelling from out of town and made it in just in time. I did not see this in the listing information.
