Bad

Liked: The staff overnight didn't seem to care and used foul language in their regular conversation. The hotel was older, smelled, and was very humid walking in. I was highly annoyed because my flight was delayed. I ended up arriving around 1130p to find out my room was canceled without notifying me. They agreed to accommodate me but would charge me more for the night. I was super tired and ended up leaving to go to another hotel that was cheaper and alot cleaner. I still have not received my refund from booking.com or the hotel. They keep pointing the blame at each other and don't know who canceled my reservation. Super frustrating!

Very please and comfortable

Liked: The front desk was super nice she also let me check in early the room was clean and nice didn’t have any problems the housekeeping was excellent and friendly will be back soon
