I loved the guys who drove the shuttle but otherwise I don't think I will return to the hotel.

Liked: Very large rooms and a nice shower for people with mobility issues. Also the shuttle service for near the hotel was excellent.
Disliked: No ice; no way to get to the airport except a very expensive car service.

Disliked: very short staffed. Could not sign into wifi for half the visit. they only clean rooms every 2 days and they did not tell us on check in, We needed towels and had to call 4 times. Breakfast was not very good juices were watered down. Eggs tasted very fake. Could only eat the toast and fresh fruit.

Disliked: Nothing. Hampton Inn's are consistently great wherever I've stayed.

Liked: The staff was fantastic the property was located very close to Minute Maid stadium
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty and the towels weren’t stocked and our entire floor smelled like mildew wet carpet.
