Disappointing

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Had asked for room with 2 queen beds and paid upgrade fee to get there. First room had king beds so went down to change. Attendant was gone from desk so I waited until she came back from a smoke break just reading of cigarette smoke.

Wouldn't recommend

Liked: The breakfast was ok on the first day. The Bathrooms were very clean. The beds were fairly comfortable and well made. Anything else positive about this stay would be impossible.
Disliked: I picked this place because it had a pool but that pool was undergoing maintenance during my stay so no pool for the kids to use after a long day in the car. The main road this hotel is on has plenty of loud traffic late into the night. One entrance in the front and not a lot of parking.

If I knew the pool...

Liked: It was clean, comfortable too.
Disliked: The pool wasn’t open, my granddaughters were so disappointed. Ruined their trip.

Disliked: The staff didn’t tell us the pool wasn’t working until we stayed for a couple of hours and then told us. There was a poop smear in the bathroom and on a towel. The staff had a bad attitude
