Hotel is a bit dated...

Liked: Proximity to I15. Comfortable
Disliked: Pool and hot tub closed

Clean & Convenient

Liked: Location close to airport; friendly staff; close to restaurants; easy access & good parking.
Disliked: Microwave buttons were broken. Supply of travel incidentals for purchase was depleted.

Great hotel!

Liked: Front desk staff Erin. She was very welcoming and willing to assist us. Very clean, great toiletries, comfortable bed and choices of pillows.
Disliked: Lots of road noise

Mysterious brown spot in our...

Liked: When we arrived to the hotel check in was efficient. Our family was getting ready to go to bed and when we pulled down the sheets of one of the double beds, there was a giant brown stain. Gross. We called the front desk-they brought us a sheet set for US to remake our bed at 9:30 at night while our two small children were sleeping in the bed next to ours. You think that is the worst of it....No! We woke up the next morning to ANOTHER giant brown spot emerging from the middle of the bed where we had just slept on all night! ! We are assuming (hoping, really) that the person who stayed before us spilt a cup of coffee on the bed and the mattress soaked it up? So disgusting. We talked to 3 front desk people and the first two didn't seem to care much. The last gal was nice and gave us 15% off. It was really a disturbing find, I will be checking all hotel beds thoroughly before jumping in next time! Ick! I would not recommend staying here.

Disliked: Fitness room was too small. No water; no sanitizer to clean equipment. The pool and hot tub have been down for 2 months.
