Did not stay, pool was...

Liked: close to highway
Disliked: I was disappointed to find that the pool was closed during my stay without any prior notice, as it was one of the main amenities I was looking forward to using. It was why we chose it. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate reimbursement for the oversight which we have not received. This was not indicated on 2rd party booking which is the hotel's responsibility to update.

Liked: Location, staff, breakfat
Disliked: Pool was closed, fridge was broken, window would not open, exhaust fan in bathroom was broken as well.
