Awful customer service by Ty...

Liked: I moved to another hotel so N/A
Disliked: Ty at the front desk was not helpful at all. When I received a text asking how everything was so far, I replied "Not great". Apparently, none of my requests for a first floor room, away from ice machines & elevators could be accommodated because I booked on Booking.com. So I was given a 2nd flr room across from the ice machine & elevators with no view with no chance of changing the room. So I left & stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn - much nicer.

Nice hotel spacious room. Good...

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: We were on the third floor. The room above us was really loud. Lots of stomping on the floor. So we had ceiling noise.

Liked: The customer service was excellent by everyone. We did have an issue with our heater not working, but maintenance took care of that promptly and cheerfully. Also, housekeeping paid close attention to our instructions not to enter our room because of our cats. Loved the breakfast area and the breakfast!
Disliked: Can't really think of anything.
