Great for i70 travelers

Liked: The hotel itself was wonderful. Staff was helpful, breakfast was served early and was very good, and the location is perfect—very close to the road. On the other hand, the location can also be a problem, depending on the room you get. We got a room that watched over i70 and the noise was quite loud, though as night approached, the noise got better.

Liked: The breakfast was decent, enjoyed the waffle maker. Even though the traffic noise was terrible, it was easy access off the interstate. I love that there were plenty of hooks for jackets and towels in the room.
Disliked: The staff was unattentive And didn't want to be bothered. The elevators did not line up so it was a tripping hazard. The traffic noise was insane. The bedding was uncomfortable and scratchy. Many things in the room like faucets and towel hooks were broken.

Liked: I moved to another hotel so N/A
Disliked: Ty at the front desk was not helpful at all. When I received a text asking how everything was so far, I replied "Not great". Apparently, none of my requests for a first floor room, away from ice machines & elevators could be accommodated because I booked on Booking.com. So I was given a 2nd flr room across from the ice machine & elevators with no view with no chance of changing the room. So I left & stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn - much nicer.

Liked: Location was convenient.
Disliked: We were on the third floor. The room above us was really loud. Lots of stomping on the floor. So we had ceiling noise.
