Excellent stay!

Liked: The lady checking us in (I failed to catch her name) was outstanding! She was friendly and helpful! Great experience from the time we walked in. Clean comfortable room, good breakfast. We don't come to Hays very often, but when we do we will stay there again.
Disliked: Only thing I would have liked is cartons of skim milk for breakfast, but everything else was great.

Clean & friendly

Liked: The staff were friendly & helpful. The accommodations were clean and up to date. Brandon at the front desk was especially helpful when my granddaughter spilled her juice. I asked for a rag to clean it up but Instead of just handing us the rag, he cleaned it up and told her it was ok that things happen sometimes!
Disliked: There’s nothing I didn’t enjoy about the property.
