Liked: Great property. Staff were great. The problem was that Booking contacted me and the property the morning of check in and said I had neglected to check in. Checkin was not for another 4 hours. Booking cancelled my reservation and took my $400. The hotel manager got me another room but I had to pay the hotel after paying Booking in full. Booking refused to pay the hotel. They refuse to refund my money. I have tried to reach Booking. No one will respond to me. Booking lied to my credit card company so they are making me pay. I have used Booking for years but I will never use them again. No one will assist me with this.
