Very Satisfied and would stay...

Liked: The place was super clean, staff was friendly and we had a family gathering in the dining area till early morning and they allowed us to gather. We were family members gathering for a funeral and had not seen each other in a long time.
Disliked: More lighting in the parking area........

We enjoyed it very much

Liked: Wonderful pool an hot whirlpool. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. 24 hour coffee is heat
Disliked: The rooms should have a comfortable easy chair. I wish they had dark roast coffee instead of light. Booking allowed us to book a suite with sofa and kitchenette book the same price. When we got to the hotel, we were not able to get that room.

Unexpected

Liked: Check in was easy. Rooms were good. The AC wasn't working the best. Was on vacation with family got 2 rooms. Did our Christmas at the hotel.
Disliked: Was a fire alarm (my 1st one ever at a hotel) so it was about 11:30pm we were just getting ready to lay down after long drive. Alarm went off then came back on we was like what in the world? So we started to get up and checked outside while some went down to stairs, others went back into room. We ended up going downstairs at 11:30pm and seen babies and kids woke up. Here to find out it wasn't a real fire, just a check. Was so upset felt so sad of the babies.
