Good

Liked: staff were lovely room refurbished and nice. easy parking. Great location for Woodbury Common.
Disliked: AC/heating unit so noisey on and off all night and couldn't change setting. reception understanding and apologised and gave compensation for this.

Need refund. Its hotel coz...

Liked: I DIDNOT STAYED, they denied. NEED MY MONE BACK AT EARLIEST I ALREADY SENT EMAIL.
Disliked: I didn’t cancelled the booking. After booking I reached there in less than half an hour because I needed to rest after travelling. But when I reached the hotel they said there is only one way of taking payment, I asked them if they can take through other ways or net banking they denied. I also didn’t got any reply from booking.com and hotel about my refund. And booking.com just hung the call. It’s the worst thing to do in todays time. See

Very good

Liked: Very good option for staying near Woodbury Outlets. The room was spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast. Overall great value.
Disliked: The AC was loud.
