Liked: They welcomed my Service Dog and although I was on the second floor it was right by the elevator which made it convenient for those 1 a.m. potty periods for him. The room was large and comfortable with the included fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with coffee/tea and cream & sugar too. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was ample room in the dining room and the staff was so nice.
Disliked: The Pool and the Pool room were freezing like icicles. When brought up to the front desk I was told that wasn't her responsibility, she only takes care of computer things, reservations and keys and pointed to another man taking out the trash and said he takes care of those things. The man was nice and explained they are working on it but the new whatever wasn't hooked up yet. I booked this hotel because of the heated pool, needless to say it was never fixed my entire stay. Each front desk person I asked about it claimed they didn't know about the issue and when other hotel guests asked about the pool nothing was mentioned about the freezing pool and room. I was born but it wasn't yesterday, this hotel has probably had this issue for some time but no one is interested in fixing it but to just claim innocence. I was very disappointed in this and couldn't believe their audacity. I decided to stay two extra days but chose to stay elsewhere and called them to confirm a nice truly heated pool. I will not stay here again as I do not trust your staff or establishment.

Liked: The day staff was wonderful
Disliked: Rented a smoking room, and then when we got there was told that if we set the fire alarm off that we would have to pay 250 and would be kicked out without any other explanation. Ended up going outside to vape instead of in the room we paid extra for because we were afraid of being kicked out.

Liked: The people at the front desk were fast, friendly, and a reason to come back.
