Disliked: If my company pays the bill, my company orders the invoice data on the final invoice. The service provider is supposed to fulfill the payer's demand for invoice information, not BOOKING.com. Payment 100% in advance, before entering the hotel - some may consider it discrimination. We don't. When, for any reason at midnight, the company credit card is blocked, we are not supposed to hear: "Sorry Sir, I cannot do anything. Do you want to stay in the hotel or not? My manager will tell you the same... You must pay all now. "; Happily the manager didn't let us sleep on the street with the addicted. After a few hours, the bank in Europe fixed the card blockage. Happy morning. I had an amount blocked xxx CAD from my credit card - "...deposit, that will be returned xx days after your stay..."; for my extreme surprise, at the check out - someone had decided that the parking will be paid from this credit card and from this deposit! Who takes that decision instead of the cardholder? Hempton Inn Management, we advise you to return the unauthorized access to my credit card. Business is not doing that way.
