Pleasant…

Liked: Quiet . The breakfast had a good variety. The ladies helping in that area were very nice!
Disliked: The mattress could’ve been better… We didn’t think they were the same quality as we’ve had at other Hilton locations. However, the bedding was very cozy…The mgr did not speak good English … when explaining why $25 per night was added when we checked in. . But it was taken off when we checked out ….

Liked: The shower and the Ac.
Disliked: No room keys for the first day, door was being messed with all night long, pool was disgusting breakfast was cold and we had gotten up at 6 to eat, the sausage was rock hard.

Liked: The wonderful stuff, just fantastic! Location of the property, accessible to restaurants and retail stores.
Disliked: Inside the shower doors, the bottom trimming could have been better cleaned.

Very nice hotel. Very clean.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They got us into our room an hour early because we had a wedding to go to.
Disliked: They were a little slow on refilling breakfast items.

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel several times while traveling to the Gulf Shores area. The kids love the walk in (no stairs) pool. Always clean. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Breakfast has many options, but most are carbs.
