When my flight was delayed...

Liked: Nice clean towels, including a facecloth. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very quiet. When my air conditioning didn’t work at first, they promptly sent someone to check, and he had it working quickly. The room temperature was very comfortable for sleeping.
Disliked: For breakfast, the scrambled eggs had chopped ham luncheon meat. I would much prefer just plain eggs to be available.
