Liked: The hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. Towels were in place. Toilet tissue had an imprint on them that was a nice touch. We felt special. It was our anniversary. 14 yrs.
Disliked: On the day of checkout, staff on the 3rd floor that was doing the room cleaning was a little pushy about trying to get the room clean. Once she came after 8am and asked us what was our check out time. We told her 11am. The second time she came, it was right at 11am. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. Her tone was a little pushy.

Exceptional

Liked: The service desk and kitchen workers was very pleasant.
Disliked: Marco the house keeper I guess was very rude. He wasn’t nice and walking around with a frown on his face. Didn’t like to room I was on the 3rd floor with a lot of dogs barking majority of the time.
