Disliked: We got deployed in our room and went out to dinner with family. We got back late thinking we were all set to just go to bed, but the toilet quit working, so we had to move rooms which meant packing back up and redeploying. The new room was fine, but we were exhausted. The people were very apologetic and friendly, but it was a hassle. The woman at the front desk was to credit me extra points when we checked out, but I'm not seeing any.

Hotel lived up to Hilton...

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed. Shops and restaurants were all around. Breakfast had many choices of different variety of foods.
Disliked: Would have preferred a room further away from the breakfast area, but since we were allowed to check in a little early, I didn’t want to complain.

Very pricey with a surprise...

Liked: Beds were comfortable!
Disliked: Surprise large deposit at check in. Bathtub wouldn’t drain.
